1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Endland's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Endland.
2. Services Description
Endland provides web design and development services, including but not limited to:
- Website design and development
- Website maintenance and updates
- Custom web applications
- E-commerce solutions
- Website hosting and management
All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice. Where Endland provides hosting, we are not responsible for data loss, downtime, or issues arising from third-party providers. 3. Payment Terms
Payment terms and conditions:
- All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe, or via bank transfer
- We require a non-refundable deposit before commencing work on new projects
- Final payment is due upon project completion and before delivery of final deliverables
- Recurring services are billed in advance and are non-refundable
- Late payments may incur additional fees at our discretion
- All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law
- Cancelled work is non-refundable and non-creditable
4. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your content and data
- We retain all rights to our design templates, code, methodologies, and pre-existing materials
- We may use your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Any third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses
- We may use work product for internal business purposes
5. Service Level Agreement
- We aim to respond within 24 business hours
- Retainer clients receive responses during their scheduled hours
- Emergency support available for critical issues
- All timeframes are estimates, not guarantees
6. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Give feedback within 5 business days
- Maintain account credential security
- Follow applicable laws and regulations
- Not use our services illegally or to create competitors
- Approve deliverables in writing before development
7. Limitation of Liability
Endland is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months before the claim. Claims must be made within 30 days of the work being completed.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including:
- Breach of terms
- Non-payment
- At your request
- Other reasons at our discretion
No refunds will be issued upon termination. 9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved in UK courts.

12. Development Hours Usage
Development hours may be purchased as one-time or recurring. Terms:
- You are responsible for requesting work
- Unused hours are non-refundable and non-creditable
- Retainer hours expire monthly and get priority scheduling
- One-time hours do not expire but are lower priority
